Punjab Board Class 12 Grading System 2025 consists of grades from A+ to D. Students who score more than 91 marks in every subject will be awarded with A+ grade with a grade point of 10. Students whose scores are between 0 to 40 marks in any subject will get a D grade. The minimum passing mark required for the students to pass the board exam is 33% which needs to be scored separately in every subject. Students are also required to score the minimum passing marks separately in theory and practical exams conducted by PSEB according to the curriculum.
The grades that the students have achieved in the board exam will be reflected in their PSEB 12th Result 2025 . Students can also calculate their percentage by using the grading system followed by PSEB. The overall grade that the students achieve in the board exams will be calculated as per the grading system. Punjab Board Class 12 Subjects 2025
As per the PSEB 12th Exam Pattern 2024-25 , subjects are divided into two groups - compulsory and elective. From the list of elective subjects, students can choose any four of them. In total, students have to study 8 subjects, out of which 4 are mandatory.

Punjab Board Class 12 Result Re-evaluation 2025
The Punjab Board Class 12 Re-evaluation Result 2025 will be announced in July 2025. The students who were unsatisfied with the marks obtained in class 12 exams had the option to apply for a re-evaluation of the exams. Once the re-evaluation result is announced by the Punjab board, it will be considered final. There are good chances of dedication, increase, or no change in marks during the re-evaluation.
After the re-evaluation result is announced, the students will be able to notice the same marks in their marksheets. The result will be provided online and students will be able to check the result by entering the required details on the official website. The students will be able to check their names, roll numbers, marks obtained, and pass status. The original marksheet will be available for students after a few days. They will have to visit the respective schools to collect the PSEB Class 12 Marksheet 2025 .
Punjab Board Class 12 Compartment Exams 2025
Students appearing for PSEB Class 12 board exams need to pass practical as well as theory exams. They should score at least 33% marks in aggregate to get the pass status in the result. In case, a student fails in any subjects, he/she will have to appear for the PSEB 12th Compartment Exam 2025 to improve the marks and save an academic year. Through the compartment exams, students do not need to wait for a year to appear for the exams. After the announcement of the result, the PSEB will release the compartment exam forms. Students can fill in and submit the forms to appear for the compartment exams.
The board will release the compartment exam dates and issue the admit cards for students. Students can make the most of it by trying to score good marks. PSEB 12th Compartment Result 2025 will be released online after the conclusion of the compartment exams. Students can check the compartment result just like the initial Board result by using their roll number and visiting the official website of PSEB.
