About Tamil Nadu Class 12 History Syllabus 2024-25
The History syllabus will be listed on the official website of the Directorate of Government Examinations Tamil Nadu. History will include units like the Rise of Nationalism in India, the Rise of Extremism and the Swadeshi Movement, the Impact of World War I on the Indian Freedom Movement, the Advent of Gandhi and Mass Mobilization, the Period of Radicalism in Anti-imperialist Struggles, The World after World War II, etc. There are different topics included in each chapter. The History paper will be conducted for 90 marks and three hours will be allotted for the students to complete the question paper. The paper will be divided into four parts to be answered by the students. The question paper will consist of MCQs, very short answer type questions, short answer type questions, and long answer type questions. Internal choices will also be included in the question paper. Tamil Nadu Class 12 History Question Paper Design 2024-25
The following structure will be followed by the boat authorities to frame the question paper for History during the board exams. Make sure to follow the structure while preparing for the exam to gain good marks in the result:
- The duration of the question paper is 3 hours.
- 90 marks will be allotted to the question paper.
- The question paper is divided into four parts.
- Part 1 consists of MCQ questions for one mark each. Answer all the questions in this part.
- In Part 2, answer any seven questions. Question No. 30 is compulsory.
- In Part 3, answer any seven questions. Question No. 40 is compulsory.
- In Part 4, answer all 7 questions. Internal choice in each question is provided.
