About Assam Class 10 Board
Every year, the Assam Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) administers the High School Leaving Certification Examination (HSLC). SEBA has introduced some changes in the Assam HSLC exam pattern 2024-25 . This year, personalized OMR sheets will be provided to the students for answering objective-type questions in the main subjects like English, General Mathematics, General Science and Social Science. The objective questions (50% of the total marks) will carry 1 mark each in the HSLC examination. Separate answer scripts will be given for the remaining 50% of questions containing 16 pages like before.The grading system, duration, and categories of significant questions are all mentioned in the exam format. The SEBA Class 10 exam schedule should be carefully reviewed by students to organise their study strategy and succeed on exam day. It should be noted that the state's class 10 students are often required to appear for six subjects. Each student will have to appear for both - theoretical as well as practical exams. The duration of each exam is 3 hours (180 minutes) and the total marks for all the Assam Class 10 exams together are 600. In SEBA Class 10 exams, 30% of questions are easy and 50% are average whereas only 20% difficult questions are asked.

Assam Class 10 Compartment Exam 2025
Assam Class 10 Compartment Exam 2025 will be conducted in August 2025, tentatively. The compartment exam will be open to candidates who failed the class 10th Assam Class 10 Exams in 2025.
