Bihar Board Class 10 Science Exam Pattern 2024-25 will be listed on the official website of the Bihar School Examination Board. The theory question paper will be conducted for 80 marks and 20 marks will be allotted for the practical exam. Bihar Board Class 10 Science Syllabus 2024-25 is divided into 3 parts i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The weightage allotted to each part is similar. Physics will be covered for 27 marks followed by Chemistry for 26 marks and Biology again for 27 marks.
To revise for the board exam, students can use the Bihar Board Class 10 Science Model Paper 2024-25 . Bihar class 10 board exams 2025 will be conducted in February 2025 however the detailed date sheet is not yet available on the official website. Bihar Board Class 10 Science Question Paper Blueprint 2024-25
The theory paper will be conducted for 80 marks in Science. Students can refer to the detailed pattern of the question paper that will be presented by BSEB in the board exam according to last year’s sample paper from the pointers given below:
- The duration of the paper will be two hours and 45 minutes.
- The question paper will be conducted for 80 marks.
- A total of 110 questions will be included in the question paper.
- The question paper will be divided into two sections.
- In Section A, there will be 80 objective-type questions, out of which 40 questions are to be answered. Each question carries 1 mark. If a candidate answers more than 40 questions, then answers to the first 40 questions will be evaluated only.
- In Section B, there will be 24 short answer-type questions. Out of these, eight questions are from Physics, eight questions are from Chemistry and eight are from Biology. Four questions are to be answered from each subject (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). Each question carries 2 marks. Apart from these, there will be 6 Long Answer type questions, two questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Long Answer Type questions from Physics carry 6 marks each, and from Chemistry and Biology carry 5 marks each. Answer to one question each from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is compulsory
