JAC Passing Marks for Class 12 2025 - Grading System
The Jharkhand board follows a grading system for class 12th. The students are provided grades according to the range of marks. JAC 12th Provision for Grace Marks 2025
The Jharkhand Board offers grace marks to help students who fail by a small margin. The provisions for grace marks are as follows:
- If a student fails in a subject by less than 5%, they will be awarded grace marks to pass the subject.
- If a student fails in two subjects by less than 3% in each, they will receive grace marks in both subjects.
- Students who do not qualify for grace marks under the above conditions but fall short by no more than five marks to secure a higher division will be awarded the minimum marks needed to attain the higher division. However, the final division will be determined by the student's original marks.
