West Bengal Madhyamik Toppers 2025: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will release the WB 10th toppers 2025 along with the declaration of the West Bengal Madhyamik result 2025.
The
WB Madhyamik Result 2025
will be declared May 2025 by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) on its official website @wbchse.nic.in. The WB Madhyamik toppers list 2025 will include the name of the top rank holder, district name, marks obtained, school name, parents name along with other details. The state board will conduct the WBBSE exams 2025 between February 10 and 22, 2025. The Board will conduct WB Madhyamik exams 2025 in pen and paper mode from 10:45 am till 1:00 pm.
The board will announce the overall passing percentage, and gender wise passing percentage along with the toppers list. The West Bengal Board will announce through a press conference.The original
West Bengal Madhyamik Marksheet 2025
will be provided by the respective schools.
Last year, Cooch Behar Student Chandrachur Sen topped the WB Madhyamik final exam with 693 marks and 99%. According to the result statistics, a total of 1,18,411 students were placed in the first division, which of 12.98% of the total students.

West Bengal Board Madhyamik Re-Evaluation 2025
It happens sometimes that the students are not satisfied with their results so there is the opportunity to apply for a revaluation of your answer sheets. Check some of the major highlights related to revaluation from the pointers given below:
- The students can easily collect the revaluation form from their respective school authorities.
- The students will have to fill out the accurate details in the revaluation form presented by the organization and then submit the application form back to the school authorities before the last date.
- The candidates also need to pay the application fees as prescribed by the school authorities along with the required documents.
- The board will be declaring the important dates for the revaluation forms on the official websites so you must take care of that also.
- The final result after the revaluation will be published by the board authorities in the month of July 2025 to be considered by all of the students.
WB Board Madhyamik Passing Marks 2025
WB Board Class 10 theory exams are conducted on 90 marks and 10 marks have been allocated for internal assessment. This takes the maximum mark to 100. A student need to score at least 30 marks out of 90 in the theory exam while 3 marks out of 10 in the internal assessment to pass the exam. Therefore, overall 33% marks are required to be scored in each subject as well as in aggregate to pass the WB Board Madhyamik Exam 2025. Students who fail to score the WB Board Class 10 minimum passing marks will be declared as failed. These students will have to appear for the compartment exams which will be conducted a month after the declaration of results.
WB Board Madhyamik Grading System 2025
A seven-point grading system is being followed by the West Bengal board as the Madhyamik Grading System 2025 for Class 10th examinations. In this seven-point grading system, the highest grade is AA and the lowest is D. The least grade that needs to be obtained by the students compulsorily in each subject as well as in aggregate, is'C'. Students securing the grade 'D' will be considered as failed. These students will have to fill out the compartment exam form to improve their results.
