CBSE Class 10 Toppers : The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the CBSE 10th Result in the second week of May. The CBSE Board, following last year's trend, will not be releasing the merit list and division-wise toppers list to avoid unnecessary competition among the students. However, the board will provide a merit certificate to 0.1% of students who score the highest marks in various subjects. Besides the CBSE Class 10 Result , the board will announce the overall passing percentage, top-performing regions, and boys and girls pass percentage.
To check the result, students can visit the official website and enter their details such as school name, roll number, and other required details. More than one student shares the same rank if they secure the same marks. Last year, the number of students who appeared on the examination was 21,65,805 out of which 21,65,805 students passed the exam. Hence, the passing range was 93.12%. CBSE Class 10th Results: Gender-Wise Statistics
The board will share the gender-wise result statistics along with the release of the class 10th results. In the previous year, girls outshined the boys with an overall pass percentage of 94.25 percent while boys' overall pass percentage stood at 92.72 percent. The overall pass percentage of CBSE class 10th recorded was 93.12%. Out of the 21,84,117 registered students, 21,65,805 students appeared for the exams. How to Check the CBSE 10th Result Online?
The following are the steps that students must follow to view the CBSE 10th class result :- Step 1: Go to cbse.gov.in, the board's official website.
- Step 2: Select the tab labeled "Results".
- Step 3: A new page opens when you click the "Secondary School Examination (Class X) " link.
- Step 4: Click on the link and enter details such as "Roll Number," "School Number," "Date of Birth," and "Admit Card ID." Once the details are filled in, click on "Submit." Step 5: The screen will show the CBSE 10th result. For future use, download and save the 10th class result.

Previous Year’s CBSE Class 10 Toppers List
As per the reports, 1,95,799 students have obtained 90% and above marks, while 44,297 secured 95% marks across India. The Board will not release the toppers list this year as well to avoid unnecessary competition among the students. Instead, it has released merit certificates to 0.1% of the students who have secured the highest marks in the subjects. The students securing marks between 90% and under 99% are tabulated below:
