JAC Class 12 English Exam Pattern 2024-25 will be released on the official website of the Jharkhand Academic Council to be downloaded by the students in a PDF format. Students can appear for English core and English electives according to their choice. Both the theory papers will be conducted for 80 marks, and 20 marks will be allotted for the internal assessment. As per the previous year's JAC Class 12 English Blueprint, there will be a total of 52 questions. Students will get 30 MCQs of 1 mark each, 6 very short questions of 2 marks each, 6 short answer type questions of 3 marks each, and 4 long asnwer type questions of 5 marks each. Students should make sure to complete your JAC Class 12 English Syllabus 2024-25 on time by following a systematic study plan to score good marks in the final exam.

JAC Class 12 English Exam Pattern 2024-25
There are two separate papers available for English: English core and English elective. Students can refer to the exam pattern for both subjects from the tables given below. The theory paper in both subjects will be conducted for 80 marks and 20 marks will be provided for the internal assessment:

JAC Class 12 English Question Paper Pattern 2024-25
A specific format will be followed by the Jharkhand Academic Council to frame the question paper for English. Check the details related to the format of the question paper from the pointers given below and prepare for the exam accordingly:
- The duration of the paper will be 3 hours.
- The maximum marks allotted for the paper are 80 marks.
- All questions are compulsory.
- Total number of questions is 52.
- Questions No. 01 to 30 are multiple-choice questions, each question has four options. Select the correct option. Each question carries 1 mark.
- Question numbers 31 to 38 are very short answer questions. Out of which it is mandatory to answer any 6 questions. Each question carries 02 marks.
- Question numbers 39 to 46 are short answer questions. Out of which it is mandatory to answer any 6 questions. Each question carries 03 marks.
- Question numbers 47 to 52 are long answer questions. It is mandatory to answer any 4 questions. Each question carries 05 marks
