• 21st February 2025: CBSE 12th Results 2025 will be released on May 13, 2025, tentatively according to last year's schedule followed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. How To Download CBSE 12th Marksheet 2025?

Students do not have the option to download the original marksheet from the official website or any other platform created by CBSE. The original marksheet will be distributed only through the school premises however students can download the provisional result/marksheet by following the simple procedure given below:

• Step 1: Go to the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education at results.cbse.nic.in/
• Step 2: The home page will open. Now, click on the option called Senior Secondary School Examination (Class XII) Results 2025.
• Step 3: On the new page, you have to enter the Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID, Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and Security Pin.
• Step 4: Click on Submit. The provisional marksheet will be displayed on your screen with you can download and take a printout.

CBSE 12th Result 2025 Via SMS

Students do have an option to check the results through SMS and other mediums as available by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Follow the simple procedure given below to check your result through SMS:

• Step 1: Open your SMS app on your phone.
• Step 2: Type a message in the given format: CBSE 12th{roll number}.
• Step 3: Then send this SMS to 7738299899
• Step 4: CBSE 12th Result 2025 will be sent to the same number shortly.

Steps to Download CBSE 12th Marksheet 2025 via Digilocker

Students can follow the simple procedure given below to download the provisional copy of the marksheet through the Digilocker platform:

• Step 1: Students have to log in to the app by Username and password.
• Step 2: Thereafter click on the tab 'Pull Partner Documents'.
• Step 3: You have to select "Central Board of Secondary Education" from the first drop-down menu, and "Mark sheet’, ‘Migration certificate’ from the second drop-down menu.
• Step 4: Provide the required credentials.
• Step 5: The provisional marksheet will be displayed on the screen.
• Step 6: Download and keep a hard copy of it for future reference.
