CBSE Class 12 Geography Sample Paper 2024-25 is now available on the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education. CBSE authorities release the sample papers at the beginning of the academic year to help the students get information about the CBSE Class 12 Exam Pattern 2024-25 . The duration of the Geography paper will be 3 hours. 15 minutes will be allotted to the students to read the question paper. It is compulsory to attempt all the questions included in the question paper. CBSE Class 12 Geography Sample Paper Pattern 2025
It is important to understand that the sample geography class 12 exam paper from CBSE 2024-25 has the same question structure as the official geography question paper for the 12th class. There are 70 marks in the Class 12 Geography Sample Paper 2025. Candidates have three hours to complete the exam.- The question paper will include 30 questions, which will be compulsory.
- There will be five sections in question paper including sections A, B, C, D, and E.
- Section A will include 1 mark questions from question number 1 to 17. These will be Multiple Choice type questions.
- Section B will have 3 marks questions. The question number 18 and 19 will be source-based questions.
- Section C will include short answer type questions of 3 marks each. Students should write 80 to 100 words for each of them.
- Section D consists of long answer type questions from 24 to 28. The answers can be written in 120 to 150 words.
- Section E will have Map-based questions.
