CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Syllabus 2024-25 includes 10 units. The theory paper of Physical Education will be conducted for 70 marks and 30 marks will be allotted for the practical exam.

CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Syllabus 2024-25 is now released. The PDF is uploaded on the official website of CBSE Academics at cbseacademic.nic.in. A total of 10 units are included in the curriculum. The units are Management of Sporting Events, Children and Women in Sports, Yoga as Preventive Measure for Lifestyle Disease, Physical Education & Sports for (CWSN), Sports & Nutrition, Test and Measurement in Sports, Physiology & Injuries in Sport, Biomechanics and Sports, Psychology and Sports, and Training in Sports. The theory paper will be conducted for 70 marks. The remaining marks will be allotted for the practical exam. Students must also check the CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Exam Pattern 2024-25 to prepare thoroughly for the paper.

CBSE Class 12 Physical Education Syllabus 2024-25: Practical Marks Distribution

The CBSE Class 12 Physical Education practical exam will be conducted for a total of 30 marks. The marking scheme of the practical examinations is tabulated below:

  • **CWSN (Children With Special Needs – Divyang): Bocce/Boccia, Sitting Volleyball, Wheel Chair Basketball, Unified Badminton, Unified Basketball, Unified Football, Blind Cricket, Goalball, Floorball, Wheel Chair Races and Throws, or any other Sport/Game of choice.
  • **Children with Special Needs can also opt for any one Sport/Game from the list as an alternative to Yogic Practices. However, the Sport/Game must be different from Test - ‘Proficiency in Games and Sports’

  2. Practical-2: Procedure for Asanas, Benefits & Contraindication for any two Asanas for each lifestyle disease.
