CBSE Class 12 Blueprint 2025 has gone through some major changes. The Central Board of Secondary Education has increased the weightage of competency-based questions in the form of MCQ from 40% to 50%. While the weightage of constructed response questions i.e., short answer or long answer type questions has been reduced from 40% to 30%. The weightage of select response type questions (MCQ) will be as it was 20%. Moreover, as per the suggested National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF), there will be two annal examinations from 2025 academic year following the NEP 2020 recommendations. Each paper will be conducted for 100 marks, where the practical based subject will have 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical, and non practical subjects will have 80 marks theory and 20 marks project works. While covering up the CBSE Class 12 Syllabus 2025 , students can check the blueprint and prepare for the board exams.
CBSE Class 12 Board 2025 will be conducted from February 15, 2025 to April 4, 2025. - March 3, 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the CBSE Class 12 results in May 2025.
