The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2024 in July/August 2024. The board will release the CBSE Compartment Result 2024 class 12 online on its official website, at cbseresults.nic.in. Students who will be taking the CBSE class 12 supplementary exam 2024, can access their results using their respective roll numbers, admit card IDs, and school numbers. The CBSE 12th compartment exam result 2024 enlists the details like student’s name, subject-wise marks, school name, total marks, and so on. The application process for the compartment exam will begin in June 2024.
As per the data shared by the board, as many as 1,25,705 students appeared in the compartment examinations, out of which 57331 passed, making an overall pass percentage of 47.50%, last year. These students have failed to secure the minimum passing marks of 33% in both theory and practical, as well as separately. If anyone fails the practicals in the main examination, he/she will have to appear in the supplementary practical exam only. Students who have been put in the Repeat in theoretical and Practical (RB) category, have to take both the theoretical and practical exams. CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2024: Passing Criteria
If the students fulfill the passing criteria given below, will be considered to pass the CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Exams 2024 .
The minimum passing grade that all the appearing students have to secure is a grade higher than ‘E’ or at least 33% marks in the subjects they are appearing in compartmental exams.
- Moreover, students have to score 33% marks in theory and practical individually in the practical-based subjects. Besides this, they also have to secure a minimum of 33% marks in aggregate.

What after CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2024?
Students who will clear the CBSE Class 12th compartment exams 2024, can download their final mark sheets, pass certificates, and migration certificates from the official website of CBSE. The separate CBSE class 12 mark sheet 2024 for the supplementary exam has to be collected by the students from their respective schools. The students who will not be able to qualify for the compartment exams will have to repeat the academic year and appear for the next annual examinations in 2024. The CBSE Class 12 exams will commence from February 15 onwards. The final timetable will be released on the official CBSE website in December.
