CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2025 will be released on 2nd August 2025. The exams will be conducted in July 2025. How to Check CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2025?

You can follow the simple procedure given below to check the compartment result as released by CBSE:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education Results Portal at results.cbse.nic.in.
• Step 2: The homepage will open on your screen. Click on the option called Senior Secondary School Supplementary Examination (Class XII) Results 2025- Published on 2nd August 2025 under the “2025 Results” section.
• Step 3: On the new page, enter the Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID, Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and Security Pin.
• Step 4: Click on Submit to check the result. Alternatively, the CBSE class 12 compartment result 2025 can be accessed via SMS, IVRS, Digilocker, Google, and SMS organizer app as well.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result Verification 2025

Students have the option to apply for result verification after the announcement of the compartment results online. During the verification of the result, the marking scheme of the examiner is verified. It is checked whether or not every answer written by the student is marked by the examiner or if the marks are provided. Sometimes the examiners might skip marking one or more answers of the students by mistake so this mistake will be corrected during result verification. The total of the student is also rechecked by the examiner and any calculation mistakes are ruled out. The fee to apply for compartment result verification is INR 500. The application form for the procedure can be filled out from the day of the result declaration.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2025: Scanned Copy

Students can also apply to get a PDF copy of their answer book. If you think that you have been marked less than you should have then you can apply to get a photocopy of your compartment answer book and check the marking scheme followed by the examiner. By getting the scanned copy of the answer book, students can be sure of the marks that they have been awarded and can also challenge the marks through revaluation. The application form can be filled out through the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education. The fee to apply for a scanned copy of the answer book is INR 700.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result Re-evaluation 2025

Students who have applied to get a PDF copy of the answer book are eligible to apply for result revaluation. During result revaluation, all the answers written by the students are verified again by the examiners. During this procedure, the answer book of the students is checked again to see if there are any errors in the marking of the examiner. The application fee to apply for revaluation is INR 100 per question. The result released after the revaluation procedure is final and no new argument will be entertained after that. The result for revaluation will be available in September 2025.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Passing Criteria 2025

If the students fulfill the passing criteria given below, will be considered to pass the CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Exams 2025 :

• The minimum passing grade that all the appearing students have to secure is a grade higher than ‘E’ or at least 33% marks in the subjects they are appearing in compartmental exams.
• Moreover, students have to score 33% marks in theory and practical individually in the practical-based subjects. Besides this, they also have to secure a minimum of 33% marks in aggregate.

What after CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2025?

Students who will clear the CBSE Class 12th compartment exams 2025, can download their final mark sheets, pass certificates, and migration certificates from the official website of CBSE. The separate marksheet for the supplementary exam has to be collected by the students from their respective schools. The students who will not be able to qualify for the compartment exams will have to repeat the academic year and appear for the next annual examinations in 2025. The CBSE Class 12 exams will commence from February 15 onwards. The final timetable will be released on the official CBSE website in December.
