CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Important Questions 2024-25: The Students who have chosen the Commerce stream will have to appear for the Business Studies paper as it is one of the major subjects. The CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Important Questions 2024-25 can be an effective preparatory tool for the students for revising the syllabus. The business studies paper will be conducted for 80 marks. The question paper will contain 34 questions. CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Important Questions 2024-25: 1 Mark

According to the latest question paper, the first 20 questions will be multiple choice questions and they will be coming for 1 mark each. Check out some sample questions for the same given here:

Four questions will be coming for 3 marks each. The answers to these questions must be written in about 50 to 75 words. Check the sample questions regarding the same given below:

Question 1: State any three reasons as to why controlling is regarded as an indispensable function of management.

Question 2: State any three objectives of the Securities Exchange Board of India.

Question 3: Explain ‘Internship training’ and ‘vestibule training’ and classify them as on-the-job and off-the-job methods of training.

Question 4: “Delegation of authority, undoubtedly empowers an employee to act for his superior, but the superior would still be accountable for the outcome. Explain the elements of delegation of authority discussed above.

Question 5: “Financial markets play an important role in the allocation of scarce resources in an economy by performing important functions.” In light of the given statement, state any three functions performed by the Financial Market.

CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Important Questions 2024-25: 4 Marks

Answers to the 4-mark questions must be written in about 150 words. Internal choices may be given in the question paper. There will be 6 questions for 4 marks each. Check the sample questions here:

Question 1: Dhaval Acharya, after acquiring a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management joined his father’s chain of vegetarian restaurants in Ahmednagar. Question 4: State any four factors which affect the determination of the price of the product.

Question 5: State any four differences between Primary market and Secondary Market

Question 2: Briefly explain any three of the following principles of management given by Henry Fayol:

Question 4: Ali Mohammad the CEO of Super Ltd believes that human resources is the most important asset of the firm. He believes that no organization can be successful unless it can fill and keep the various positions provided for in the structure with the right kind of people. Identify the function of management being discussed above and state the benefits to the organization that its proper application in the firm will ensure.

Question 5: Differentiate between Functional structure and Divisional structure.
