It is a special separate unit inside the hospital, which is equipped with highly tech and advanced systems which result in close monitoring of the patient so that treatment can be given immediately. The unit deals with patients who are facing life-threatening problems or need special attention. The main aim of establishing CCU was to reduce the death rate, provide special treatments and  24 x 7 well-trained staff to take care of extremely ill patients.

  • There should be proper silence in the CCU section, people are allowed to talk in a soft tone.
  • Children below the age of 12 are strictly restricted they have a low immune system and can be easily infected.
  •  Before visiting sanitizing of hands is compulsory
  •  Using electronic devices such as mobile phones, and iPad is strictly prohibited in the area as they use radio wave signals which can harm patients suffering from heart problems.
