In KV Sangathan, the recruitment process for selecting teachers for the secondary and senior secondary classes happens in two phases. The first step of the selection process is a written exam of 180 marks. Candidates have to answer 180 objective-type questions in 180 minutes. Candidates will be selected based on the exam qualifying marks and cutoff determined by the board.
Once the candidate qualified in the first phase, the next round is a professional competency test which will be of 60 marks. There will be another two processes which are a demo teaching and an interview. Both the selection rounds will be of 30 marks each. If a candidate performs well in their personal interview, he/she will get an appointment letter from KVS.
