RTS full form is Rajasthan Taxation Service. The examination for RTS and other departments such as RAS is conducted by Rajasthan Public Services Commission (RPSC). RPSC manages, maintains and administers the law and order system, maintainance of peace and stability and manages the regulatory affairs in Rajasthan.

The RTS is the most important administrative body which is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple policies and regulations in Rajasthan State. The Rajasthan Taxation Service comes under the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) which also plays a key role in generating revenue, planning & economic development within the state of Rajasthan. The main objective of RTS is to ensure effective and regular collection of taxes which helps in growing the economy and welfare of the state.
