IBPS RRB full form is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection - Regional Rural Banks. The IBPS RRB is a national-level examination which is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) every year. The examination aims to select candidates who want to pursue their career in RRB. Through IBPS RRB the candidates are selected for Group A and B profiles.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB? 

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen. The subject of Nepal or Bhutan

Age: The minimum age to apply for Scale I, II officers is 21 years and for Officer III scale and assistant officer is 18.

What is the Selection Process for IBPS RRB?

The IBPS RRB is divided into 3 stages and after clearing the first stage was prelims examination eligible for appearing in Mains examination. After clearing both the stages, shortlisted candidates have to appear for an interview which is the final stage of IBPS RRB.

  • Office Assistant: The person is responsible for monitoring and supporting the smooth functioning of administration in the banking sector.
  • Marketing Manager: They are responsible for developing, managing and executing all marketing programs on a regular basis or even every day. 
  • Treasury manager: The individual on post of treasury manager monitors funding activities in the bank which includes loans, deposits and much more.
  • Officer Scale I, II & III: They help in smooth functioning of the bank and promote services and products given by the bank to customers.
